Introducing: The Living Room

What is the Living Room?

Since May 2nd, 2009, The Living Room has been a grassroots community space dedicated to providing the city of Pueblo a home for "outsider" art, crafts, music, books, performances, lectures, events, and theatre. It is located at 205 South Main St. (up-stairs) in Pueblo, Colorado. The Living Room was founded by four main organizations: Monstar Promotions (LLC), Secret Skool Of Dinosaur Destroying (SSDD), Viva Design, and Blank Tape Records.

Here are the people and organizations that have made this happen: Kevin Healey-Monster, Melissa Bradley (Monstar Promotions), Sophia Fernandez (Epic Puebloean, Muralist/Visual Artist), Capt. John-Mark Wiley (SSDD), Inaiah Lujan (Viva/Blank Tape Records/Scared Duck Walk), Joseph Scala (Happy Box, The Lone Riders), Desarae (Haunted Windchimes), Mike Pettiford (Better Luck Next Time), Nathan Widdows (Susie Palmer), Felicia Tapia (Counselor of the World), Ras Christian and Jim Taylor (Scrotus, and scratching), Sam (The Man) Montanez, Art On South Main and the Pueblo Performing Arts Guild, to name a few.
